"It goes without saying he is a massive signing for the club", said Bay Manager Sam Denly, "he will bring a wealth of experience that is only going to benefit and help the squad, youngsters and club in general as we look to finish the season strongly".

Denly has been speaking to Spiller over the last few days. He knows a lot of the Bay squad members and is keen to get involved having been out of the game for a few years. Danny will work closely with the players, passing on his knowledge from his time as a professional and will come straight into the squad for this Saturday's match at struggling Ramsgate.
