"I am delighted to announce that Sam has agreed terms and signed a contract to stay at the club", said Bay manager Sam Denly, "he has had a lot of offers to move on and I'm delighted he has decided to commit to us. I have always believed you need to keep a settled squad from season to season and with almost everyone pledging there future with us for another campaign it shows what a fantastic changing room we have and bodes very well for the future. We are progressing well, the management team has improved with Steve Nolan coming in and we could potentially add a few more faces yet. The majority of the squad from last year have all committed and I am speaking with some quality players to add to our already exciting squad. I don't tend to name players until we can officially put the forms through in July and I'm sure there will be lots of movement between now and then. All of the squad (21 of us) are going away to Benidorm for our end of season get together and after that we report back for pre season on the 2nd July when the real hard work begins".
